I'm grateful to have been able to talk about the love of small businesses, the value such places bestow upon our communities and to share the message that locally-owned establishments matter. One of the most important elements of change centers around education and knowledge; this is where I feel we can all take an active role in advocating for independent businesses everywhere.
March 20th • Last night I received a thank you message which was so kind and thoughtful. While I don't do this for applause - I do it because I appreciate and respect the amazing and dedicated small business owners out there, along with knowing that our society benefits so much from local, personal connections - it is lovely to feel appreciated.
Your continued support of the life and energy which runs through our towns, cities and neighborhoods is beautiful and valued.
