A coloring page. Yep, a piece of artwork to spread all around your town or city, to invite folks of all ages to decorate and bring to life. 😃 If I still had a retail business, I'd put this into a Word document and print out as full-page sized images. Run off copies and post them all around Main Street, your town, and of course, neighborhood shops for merchants to give out. Set a date for the return the artwork to be returned to area drop-off sites, then display in visible locations for everyone to admire. A committee of judges could evaluate the submissions and give out prizes, but the real win would be in seeing creative copies of this message displayed around town. How much fun would that be as a community-wide project? 😃
If you don't like this image (which, by the way, I have searched and attempted to find a version with a name to give credit to; but unfortunately with no luck), you could take a recognizable photo of your downtown or Main Street and edit it into a black and white sketch version. With some tweaking it's possible to wind up with a suitable design for your own coloring page, it just takes a little work.
Okay, one more thing....if you decide to do this, you must tag me or post to the Facebook page so I can admire the entries! 🙂
