** MEMORIAL WEEKEND DECISIONS ** (featuring artwork by moi....) This story depicts yet another choice in the life of people who WANT to buy local and spend better, but who are also a little impatient perhaps (?) and just want to go one place and get all the stuff they need. Hmm....sound familiar? 😃

    
In this fascinating chapter of "WHERE SHOULD WE BUY?" we observe two individuals hemming and hawing over house projects for the long weekend. One person seems to just want to drive to the nearest big box store and buy all the needed supplies 🙄.....he even seems a bit irritated at the idea of going to the independent hardware store which may not have every single thing on the list.


The other person (err....stick), seems to be eager to support a locally-owned business instead, preferring to spend money at a family run store over a chain. 👌 Who will win?? Where will the stick people obtain their materials? (I KNOW, right!?) 😬😲😃 Tune in to see what happens later this weekend.

Part III: no, we didn't set the world on fire with the amount of dollars we distributed in our own community, spent at a family-owned garden center. However, we DID keep it here instead of choosing a chain big box place....because we CAN choose where our money goes.
