While March 29th may be called "mom and pop" business owners day, we celebrate everyone who has stepped into the role of a family legacy, created their own company or partnered up to follow a dream; sisters, mother and daughter teams, blended families and diverse entrepreneurs of all ages.

- (3) Encourage activities and family fun day at area farms - and purchase locally-grown products
- (4) Be an advocate for the independents where you live
